Push-up exercises can be an excellent addition to your workout program if you're wanting to maintain your physical health and increase the strength of your muscles. We will be focusing on push-up routines in this continuous 4-week challenge, so whether you're a novice or an expert, you can practice in the comfort of your own home.

 *First Week: Laying the Groundwork*

1*First Day: Traditional Push-Ups*

 – Complete three sets of ten repetitions.

 *Day2: Push-Ups on the Shoulders*

With a fitness ball, perform three sets of twelve repetitions.

 *Day 3: Switching Up Your Push-Ups*

Perform three sets of ten repetitions on each side.

*Week 2: Increasing Sturdiness*

 *First Day: Dynamic Push-Ups*

: Perform 4 sets of 12 reps.

 *The tip for the Challenge:*

1 _Warm up before every workout.

2_Maintain the quality of your workout by taking rests in between each set.

 3_To prevent injuries, use correct technique.
